I dont know much about air space and woofers, but I do know that certain woofers perform better with more airpace. Well, I was thinking of possibly putting 3 10" woofers in my truck, but I only have 32" to work with in the back. So all the woofers will be in tight. If I build a custom box... So that they all have alot of airspace... Is it ok to build it all as one box? Like, dont separate the woofers airspace? So theyll all basically be in ONE chamber? Or is it bad to push air from multiple woofers in one chamber?
Yes, you can put all the subs in a common chamber enclosure. They will perform fine in that type of configuration. There is a downside of doing this, though. You can damage one or all of the subs very easily if it is not setup up correctly.
If one sub were to blow then the others could have a chance to blow as well because they are in an enclosure too large for them. You can also have lower performance if all of the subs are not working properly. Otherwise this method is fine for an enclosure.

and it makes it harder to notice if just one sub is blown because the others will still make it move. so you just have to be careful.

You can hear clearly if only one sub moving.. It make much more longer bass.
I can fit true 10" subs in a custom built box. So I don't think the amount of air will be bad. It'd probably be around 2.75 cu ft. of air space? Maybe a bit more? I was thinking 3 CVRs or maybe 2 12" L5's or L7s?

Look at what Kicker recommends for minimum air space. They have this on their website if you don't know what that is (they have manuals on their website that have that info). I wouldn't recommend going below the minimum air space Kicker recommends. If that means losing a sub to get the correct internal volume then that will ultimately give you better perfomance then more subs in an enclosure that is not proper for them.
What vehicle is this going to be in? Do you have much height to work with? If not you may have to put the front on an angle. Nearly all 10" subs are not exactly 10" but closer to 11" outside diameter. You may need to put an angle on the enclosure to gain a little extra width.

They fit 3 10" woofers befind my seat and it rocks
