can i wire a SWR-122D and a SWR-124D at 2 ohms on a mono block amp? if yes how?

Could you?  Sure.  Only use one voice coil on the 124D and put both coils in series on the 122D, then wire the two speakers in parallel.  Not sure it's such a good idea, but it can be done.
