I am wanting to install a box in crew cab ! I want SQ to go along with various types of music (rock,country,pop,dance) depends on mood! Not really into rap! I have seen some choices of custom boxes from;

I am asking which would be better (all around better) Two shallow 10's (ED SQ10) or One Image Dynamics IDQ 10" or One IDQ 12". I have never heard the SQ10 but have heard the IDQ! Do you think the 10" or 12" would be best!
Thanks

don't get the SQ10s if you plan on powering them with more than 200 watts each or put them in any sealed enclosure bigger than .4 cu ft.

Their mechanical power handing is very low...around 100-150 watts then the spider smashes into the landing.

It is a very good sounding subwoofer but just overrated on the power handling.

Thermally I bet it could take 300 watts all day.

I used to have one...sounded amazing for the little sub that it is.

But the powerhandling is crap. Main problem with all shallow subwoofers is clearances.

I'd go the ID route
