Does anybody have this set up? How about knowledge about installing them ? Do all three speakers need to be close together or can the tweeter and mid go up front, and the 7" go in the rear doors of a crew cab ?

They need to be mounted closer together, although you could certainly try it and see what you think.  I don't know what the Xover frequency is for the woofer to mid, but it's likely above 100Hz so it will likely sound like the voices and much of the music is coming from behind you.
