i have a hyphonics brutal bxi1610d hooked up in how would i hook up 2 single voice coil jl w6 to get the most of the amp n subs without blowing them

And the voice coils of the W6s are what impedance?

i think there 4 ohm single voice coils

Connect one woofer to one set of terminals of the amp. Connect the other to the other set of terminals of the amp.
This will be a 2 Ohm load for your amp.
