hey all
i have an alpine swr-1522d sub with a response 800wrms@1ohm mono amp
at the moment the positive and negative terminals on both the sub and amp are wired together which puts it at a 4 ohm load i think :S
the amp has two inputs one for each voice coil.. so how do i wire it to 1 ohm, ive seen the diagram on the site but it only shows what to do if the amp has on input and my amp has two
any help will be greatly appreciated

Your amp is a one channel amplifier. Both of the positive terminals are connected together. Both negative terminals are connected together. (internally of the amplifier) So if you connect one coil to one set of terminals, (and the other coil to the other set) or if you parallel the 2 coils and only use one set of terminals, the amp is running at 1 Ohm.
