Will the Ford Sirius module only work with the stock Shaker head units? I want to add an aftermarket head unit and try and use the sirius module.

Usually you have to find the actual module in the car. From there you can unplug the antenna and plug it in the aftermarket module. From there that plugs into your aftermarket deck.

So technically NO, your factory stuff will simply not plug and play into aftermarket. But Yes you can use the factory antenna.

and you may have to remove the connector housing off the factory cable to have the connector seat properly into the aftermarket receiver module.
