does anyone have a wiring digram or picture of a good spot to wire in a line out convertor?? build a custom box, put my amp under the drivers seat, wired everything except rca cables.....

Just install it at the back of the deck. All the wires are there and there's tons of room under the OEM deck above the HVAC controls.
