does anyone know if the Kenwood kdc-c462fm will work in a 1997 ford taurus??

I have a chance to buy one but i do not know if it will fit.

From what i found it is a 6-disc changer with FM Modulator, so it was made to work with any radio through a fm radio station, usually a lower one like88.1 or something, but  what do you mean by will it fit?? One i had before we mounting the controller to the dash with velcro and put the changer in the trunk of the car and it worked great.
