Can someone tell me how to wire 3 sets of speakers with a 2 ohm rating to keep it at 2 ohms?? (2) 6.5 and (1) 6x8

Not only can it not be done, I can't think of a single reason why anyone would ever want to do that!   :)

It's done easily by using six channels of amplifircation and connecting one speaker to each amplifier channel.

What kind of amplifier are we dealing with?  Simply capping one of the 3 speakers will make most amplifiers happy.  If there are subs in the system, place a 150 Mfd capacitor in series with the positive wire of the 6X8.
