I would like to use a l/p coil to limit the frequency range of my subs to somewhere between 50 -70hz lp .What size coil would I need to do this?I would also like to hear suggestion on a frequency level for 2 12" re audio sr in a sealed 2.o cu ft box 1ft per chamber.

Big ones.  You'd likely save money and get better results using an electronic low pass crossover.  HERE's the passive crossover link.

The only reason you would want to use a coil on your woofer, is if you have a single amp to power your entire system.  If you have a dedicated amp for the subwoofer, as stated earlier, an electronic crossover, be it integrated in your radio or amp, or stand alone, will give you much better results.
