im seriously starting to pull my hair out deciding on these amps, i read the choosing an amp post but i still dont know

i have 2 powerbass M-10's in a ported box. each sub is rated at 300Wrms@4ohm 600W@4ohm max single voice coil
they currently are running in a parallel at 600wrms@2ohm 1200W max

and when finding wattage from fuses is it the TOTAL watt count like if the amp has 2x60A fuses you use 120A?

im debating on these amps

this ones a little underpowered but its on the safe side i guess, its perfect but it is a class a/b and im not sure if its putting out what they say it is.........

higher powered model-same price- i kinda like this one because i can expand my system but i dont want to blow my subs before im ready to upgrade and its a class d monoblock

The JL Audio and the Alpine are going to be your best choices out of the amps listed, Look into JBL as well.

well i mean the subs are rated for a max of 600wrms in, will the jl 500.1 make more then 500wrms possibly?

will i really notice a difference of 100wrms?

and as far as i know my vehicle almost never puts out over 13.8v and the jl is rated at 14.4

Either of the JBL amps will work. As long as you read the sticky on how to set your gains properly you will have no problem with the amp being rated higher than the woofer. The higher powered amp may give you room to upgrade down the road. As of the 100 watt difference there will be very little or no gain in performance from 500rms to 600 rms. With that being said the JL is most likely underated, i would say it is actually more in the ballpark of 550rms.

ok, well then its a toss up between the jbl's, the JL, and the alpine mrp 500

or i could push it a little price wise and go for the 620wrms@2ohm ARC mono amp =]
https://www.woofersetc.com/p6859/FD-6001--ARC-Audio-1-Channel-620-Watt-Amplifier.htm

so try to give me a what i should shoot for a #1 amp and a #2 amp

My vote goes to Alpine. But if you want to spend the extra, i would do the JL

i was looking at power ratings and their all rated at around 14.4-14.5

so if my car only ever sees 13.8v i could more then likely go with a 700-750Wrms amp right? because most amps are slightly overrated, and with less voltage make less power

Yes less voltage will make less power.  For example a 40 amp draw at 14.4 volts will make 576 watts as long as the system is 100 percent efficient.   That same 40 amps at 13.8 will make 552 watts as long as the system is 100 percent efficient.
