I have a Kenwood KDC-MP232 headunit, Formula-X FX-450 800W amp, and Boss D10F woofer, try to find a way to connect them together. Really new to it and want to DIY it thanks for all the help.posted_image

How about you start with the Radio first and see how that goes.  Go to your local stereo shop and purchase the appropriat wiring harness for your vehicle.  Connect the wires of the new radio to the same color wire of the harness.   Above of course assumes that you did not already hack the factory plug out of your vehicle.

Does the radio have Preamp outputs?  Usually a pair or more of RCA jacks.  Some red and some white.  Does your radio have those?  Did you purchase a wiring kit for the amplifier?

Is the power wire you have run through the car already large enough to power 2 amplifiers?  The existing amplifier, is it a 1, 2 or 4 channel amp?  To what speakers is the existing amp connected?
