powering up oem head unit

Have a Saturn OEM head unit from a 2004 Saturn VUE. Part no. 227278972. It is uninstalled. Without intalling it into a car, how can I power it up - just to see if it WILL power up?

A Metra 71-2102 into radio wiring harness will give you access to everything you need.
