Tried search, but it's bringing up everything except what I'm looking for.  Actually had a recommended program about a year ago, but my laptop crashed and I don't remember the name of it.  Can someone please make a recommendation or shoot me a link to a post discussing the matter?

Using WinISD. Nice write up on using it. Also a link for the DL in there.

You can do a lot with pencil and paper.  Draw your odd-shaped concept and then break it down into rectangles and triangles.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

What sub/s and vehicle are you trying to design an enclosure for, and what is your goal?

It's an RE Audio MX15-D1, going in a 94 Buick Roadmaster.  I want the box to utilize the space behind the seat as much as possible.

I will make a call tomorrow for you if you are wanting to do ported. I imagine you do. I can't remember off the top of my head how much port area is needed per cubic foot for that sub. Get some Measurements of the opening your wanting to fill and I can help you get an optimal enclosure design for that subwoofer. Just measure your largest HxWxL that will be able to fit inside the trunk and then we could go from there.

ok... the space is 44"w x 20"h(front)/8"h(back seat) x 20"d.  the dip is about a 45* and starts about 10" into the depth.  I want to save about 8"-10" of the 44"w for my amps & battery.
