I have a box with 2 Jl 12w6s in it and i wanted to put it where my back seat is, i was wondering if it will sound the same as if it were in the truck, and should i face the subs upward, taward the front, toward the rear. thans alot.

I have an '02 stang with 2 RFP3412's in the trunk. They're in a sealed enclosure facing the rear of the trunk. You'll get a different sound depending on your placement.
If you face them forward in place of the rear seat you will get SQ, but not a lot of SPL. If you place them in the trunk facing the rear and you'll hit massive SPL with very good SQ as well. If you face them towards the trunk lid you'll get flatter SPL, along with massive vibration from the rear deck and lid. I haven't faced them forward in the trunk yet, so I don't know about that one.
But I would suggest putting the enclosure in the trunk (as close to the rear seat as possible) facing the rear. Airspace plays a major factor in how your system will sound, and whether you are trying for SPL or SQ. But what most people forget is that you not only have to deal with the airspace inside an enclosure, but the outside as well! For example, if you place an enclosure in a trunk right behind the rear seat and listen. Then move the enclosure 1 foot closer to the rear, then again, and again. You'll notice a different sound from the different positions because the soundwaves have different lengths/time durations before being bounced/reverberated from the objects in/around the trunk
