I'm adding on pieces to my system (bluetooth, siruis, navigation, eq... blah blah blah) Would you use a fused multi position distro block  wired straight from the battery for the constant then make a 2nd run from the battery through a relay turned on by the ignition or accessory circuit from the ignition switch to power up all switched power circuits???

I could always just run all the wires to the ignition wire or accessory wire in the ignition switch but adding 3-5 extra things never thought it would look all that professional or even be safe to pull that much "current" through those wires...

You wouldn't need two runs to the battery - use a single run for the constant and for the contacts of the relay.  Just make sure you size the wire appropriately.  The amount of current you are adding seems very low - in your case I would tap the main power wire going to either the ignition switch or the fuse box.  I would add a fuse right at the connection and then run that to a distribution block of some sort.
