I'm only looking to power a ROCKFORD FOSGATE Prime R1S410 10" Sub. It's 4ohm 150W RMS.

I can't decide which amp to go with your comments and suggestions are appreciated:

KENWOOD KAC-5204 2-CH
150 watts RMS x 1 bridged output at 4 ohms

Phoenix Gold Ryval V752
Bridged, 4 ohms: 250 watts x 1 chan.

I'm leaning towards PG because it gives me some room to upgrade later on but is this amp reliable? I hate to have it on poop out on me and then spend more money.

I would look around a bit more. In the price range you're talking:

Kenwood 7204
Kenwood 8104d
Rockford R250-1

You can find these for around $100 if you look hard enough. A better choice (my opinion only) if you want to have room to upgrade later.

I would stay away from the newer phoenix stuff.  Kenwood is just as decent as it's always been.  The new phoenix stuff is garbage imo.
