I am installing 3 Optima bluetops in a boat. I will have 2 as a bank and a Marine Bluetop as a starter. I am going to use a Perko Switch, OFF, 1, 2, to control use. My amps are as follows pdx 600.1, pdx 150.4, and kicker 650.4. Will this setup be ok to run on a perko or would you recommend a combiner/isolater. Another note, it will never be run at full power. Any help is appreciated.

Is there any reason you can't use relays to connect all batteries to the alternators whilst charging - otherwise they are disconnected and independent?
You could add switching to manually exclude one or more from charging, or parallel one or more for a particular use.
