I think "pretty competitive" is an understatement, they are almost as low as eBay! The biggest thing "iffy" I noticed was they are not an authorized reseller (at least not for Rockford Fostgate which is confirmed), which means factory warranties are out of the question (unless you can weasel you way around it, and if you don't know how to do that already then I'm not gonna tell ya!). They only offer a 15 day return policy of their own, and no other explicit warranty. They claim that after 15 days of the invoice date, you must rely on the "manufacturer's limited express warranty, if any". That makes me a little nervous
