I have two older Power Acoustic 6.5 component speakers that are pretty good. I also have the tweeters and crossovers for these units. I am thinking about some MB Quart 1 inch tweeters instead and use an OZ Audio very nice crossovers made for 6.5inch OZ speakers. These crossovers have many more electronic parts than the Power Acoustic crossover. Which crossover should I use? Thanks

Use the crossovers that came with the systems. The number of components means nothing, if the drivers you attach to the crossovers are not the drivers designed for said crossover.
Every manufacturer will build their passive crossovers specifically for the Fs, diameter, impedance peaks or dips, DCR and impedance of the drivers that are supplied with that crossover. Some companies, such as Oz Audio, will probably spend more time and energy building higher order crossovers with Zobels and other matching circuits than the PA crapola.
Will it work? Sure. Will you get predictable results? Not likely. Will it cause damage to drivers not designed for use with it? It certainly can. Do it right. Use the sets as they are supplied to you.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
Very kind of you to go to such depth. I will stay with the crossover that came with the speakers.
