If you're just adding an aftermarket deck you should use a wiring harness instead.  Makes things so much easier and takes the guesswork out of everything.

Hyundai wiring info is not all that common online and this was the only thing I could find:  https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/detail.asp?info=alarm&year=2000&make=Hyundai&model=Sonata&ID=18034&type=Stereo

it's for 2000 so it might or might not apply to your vehicle as well.  You can certainly use it as a starting point to testing the wires with a DMM (which you should do anyways).
