So I've had this amp for a couple months now with no problems.
Today while i was driving, the sub started cutting in and out. Then it stoped playing all together. I was listening to it at low volume when this happened. Same problem at high volume.
Its powering a Type R 15 dual 4 ohm (2 ohms at the amp)

The light on the amp is on, but there is no output.

Put an ohm meter on the  woofer.

Both coils both jump around between 2 and 5 ohms.
now it sounds like the coil is rubbing.. hooked it up to a different woofer and it has the same issue.

Just went to my local shop. The installer said that he thinks it could be a bad channel. Either the input or the output.

Ok, The problem seems bigger than what I can fix myself.

So Anyone Here wanna take a try at repairing it?

Or am I jus better off buying another one?
