I got a jensen 9512 in-dash, a clarion eqs746 eq, two amplifiers: kenwood 9103d and interfire 4 ch., 15' kicker L7 4 ohm DVC with a 0 gauge scosche E3200 amp kit, pioneer TS-1720C component set in front, with two pairs of pioneer TS-A6993R 6x9's ine the rear, and a Kole audio 8 farad capacitor. What would be the best way to set this configuration for best sound with maximum bass and voice??

Ask a specific question. You have some equipment to work with there (not sure the cap is going to do anything for you, though) but we want to visualize where you're at with the project. As far as this post states, everything could be sitting on your garage floor in cardboard boxes as far as we know. So, what have you done, and why are you stuck? ------------- Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Well it's all installed with 12 gauge scoshe E2, and it's hooked up, I'm just llokin for tips on setting eq, amp gains etc..... I hear potential on improving the sound just not sure how

I love that phrase, "system optimization". Sounds like a special mission or a techno sound track. More importantly, it should be the goal for any true enthusiast.
Anyway, BoXeS, enclosures or infinite baffle at a bare minimum for the 6x9's, 2ohm stereo on the rear channels. Make sure every speaker has a flat seal and sturdy mount, as well as a secure fasten. Components on the front channels, aim the tweet well, and fade out the dominant force of all the speakers in the rear.(That many rear 6x9's is a SQ killer) Play around with 120Hz-140Hz numbers on the HPF with that amp(That way you can increase the system volume), use the 125Hz knob on the EQ7 if you need a little more punch. 80hz HPF for the rear channels 6x9's, and 65Hz LPF on the L7. Try the 15Hz gap between high and low pass to try to gain back the tonal balance which is thrown off by all the mids. With the EQ, you can cross over at higher numbers to get a louder volume. Then make adjustments from that as needed.
