were is the antenna located at in a 03 town car.

found were it at back window, some box that attached to the grid ( what ever it called ) can that box go bad if so how to test it. radio has no reception. dad just bought the car so have not look at it to much

Replace the antenna with a new one instead. The antenna from Metra attaches to windshields and runs back to OEM or aftermarket decks.
