remote subwoofer control cable?

I have an older Crossfire Equalizer that has a remote subwoofer level control input. I have the knob assembly that connects to the port, but unfortunately cannot find my old cable ( it has been in a car for a 7 year build ), Does anyone know what type of cable, or for that matter where I can get one of them. It is similar to a telephohe style but taller and narrower with only 4 leads.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention that it will be going into a 1989 S10 EXT cab, I missed that caveat in my first post.
