Recent poles indicated that a majority of Americans preferred the 04' Chevy with inverted P1's.... but it's really anybody's ball game.

You will notice NO difference. The only difference other than the look would be the motor and basket not taking up space in the enclosure. Making the enclosure what?, about 0.2cu.ft difference.

And how will two 12" t1's go against two 12" terminators?

You will want about 2.25 NET per sub. Plus port volume and any bracing.

Fosgate T2-T1 Recommended enclosure

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Should i port the sub box if im having my subs sitting inverted?

inverting or normal load will not make a difference whether you should go sealed or ported. You desired sound and available space is what will determine sealed or ported.

Here is a link to the Rockford Fosgate Box recomendations This will give you the sealed and ported recommendations for your sub.
