Is the standard 2004 ba xr6 battery and altenator strong enough to run 2 rockford fosgate monoblock amps and one four channel power amp and 2 t1 12" subs??

Install a voltmeter (that measures battery voltage).
That is the ultimate check on charging ability and battery state.
