Does anyone know how to make speaker grilles. Steel mesh aluminum any kind. Any size mainly for door speakers custom sizes and shapes. Any tips would be great thanks.

you can order material from here https://www.reliablehardware.com/customspeakergrill.aspx

or just get some 1/8" copper tubing bend with pipe bender two right angles at each end, thread the ends and mount 2 or more bars over each speaker. Paint to match before final mounting. use your imagination!
