Can I hook up 3 JL Audio 12W3's to an Autotek Amp (rated 1500 x 1) without destroying the speakers?

They should be able to handle the excess power. How many ohms is each sub?

But the most power you can get safely out of the amp will be @ 2.5 ohms https://www.audiobahninc.com/tech/wiring/Series_Parallel_dual_4_ohm.pdf with (3) 4 ohm dvc. You could wire it in parallel but that will give you 0.67 ohms and your amp is not stable that low.
