Im assuming your using the cable that comes with the unit? Is it the 3.5 or mini-usb? And what device are you using? Phone,ipod,etc...

nope..it doesnt have nothing to do with the axu. etc...everything was connected accordingly..I'm just not geting no signal on my music..I assuming the deck was damaged and needs to be repaired.

Have you tried to remove the pre-amp from the equation for troubleshooting purposes?  Out of the deck directly into an amp.

Visual inspections of power ground and remote connections will tell you nothing.  Have you tried using a volt meter to make sure ther is adequate voltage getting to the amp(s)?

Is the amp new to the system?  Are you sure it works?

All my equipment were bought brand spanking new from there respective dealers...and yes, i do hav a voltmeter...the battery is aStinger SPV 35, and the voltage reads 13.6 - 14.2. There wasn't no signs of voltage drop

Do you have an IPod or some kind of MP3 player you can use for injecting signal directly into the amp?
