Is it possible to add an after market HU to a car that is equipped with a DSP amp? Lets say it is for a 2010 Audi 3 with the Concert Stereo and Non Bose speakers. If it is possible how would you wire it in to have the aftermarket HU work with the DSP amp and keep all 10 speakers working.

Check out pac-audio.com and look at the C2R-AUDI amp intergration harness, it lists for that model.
