Ok I just got this deck and I've read many post about it and I'm just confused about when they say I need to wire it to the battery...because its installed in my 05 impala now and I can't even turn the volume up with out it cutting off I know I have to re ground it because I have my ground connected to the harness instead of metal..I'm hoping there is an easier way to wire this to get power instead of going to the Battery also if i do have to wire it to the battery what do I need and where can I get it from

Did you use the expensive wiring harness?  If so what brand and model is it?  Some of them do not allow enough current through the adapter to supply that radio.  If you did use one, you may want to connect the radio's yellow wire to the vehicle's constant wire before the harness.

Have you tried connecting the Radio's Yellow wire to the vehicle's Orange wire before the Scosche piece?

The CORRECT answer has not changed...

I got that information from Crutchfield, which gets their information FROM ALPINE! If the manufacturer of your deck tells you that you need to run a power lead from the battery, you'd be well advised to follow that recommendation. If it's shutting off, you probably didn't follow the instructions. They are "instructions", not "suggestions".

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
