Hey was hoping to have a few comments on my design.
Other then being Crazy HUGE.
I've been calling it a transmission/horn

Be honest please, but lets not tween bitch, if you dont understand the design you tube it "t-line" or "subwoofer horn"

Aerosmith had a big 10 inch song one time.

I dunno, was that a tween bitch?

But seriously, do you have a specific question?

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Well question not so much, looking for input on maybe tweaking the design for better sound.

Like would a cubed horn be better then my rectangular or had i put the xubs and horn on the narrow end of the box. I know its more port then most 10" subs need, so am i over ported?

Transmission line boxes have been done in the past. They are ridiculously loud. I am not familiar with them entirely, but i know they work on the same physics principals as fluid dynamics. A friend of min in a shop in TN called "Car Tunes" did a single 8in with 300w and cracked the rear glass on his CRX about 10 years ago doing a transmission line box like that. Like i said, they work on a physics principal that i dont fully understand but i can tell you if the box is close to perfect it will not be as impressive as you are hoping for. If it is absolutely perfect you will be amazed with the sound you get out of it. Good luck, and i hope it works out for you. I personally have no intention of ever trying one. Too much work for me, with too many variables as far as the math goes.

Thanks I'll see what i can do to perfection.
Well we built the prototype today, dropping the subs into it tonight after everything dries.
Planning on running 500 watts outta old school punch 500aii and a set of New VOLFENHAG ZX-4720 10" 1000W Car Subwoofers at 4ohm.
If it sounds even halfass i'll make a video and join the you tube nation.
Btw I'll be sure in the video Aerosmith in the background
