I have stock HU but nowhere I could find info about its preout volt in its manual. How do I determine it? My HU is Skypine Model #SN6301.

Thanks for the swift reply. I want to set my amp sensitivity gain to matching volt. My amp is Kenwood KAC-M615D.

Output voltage from any deck is all over the place according to the frequency at any time, so forget about setting an amplifier to a predetermined position according to "output voltage".  And, besides that, the markings on an amplifier are not precise, anyway.  So, all that said, set your amp's gains according to the tried and true methods of setting amplifier gains.

google search this site  for how-to info.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
