I am going to be running 2 600watt amps 0ga. Split to 2 4ga. What size breaker should I be using. I will also be running a 1000 watt and a 1600 watt using 0ga split to each on those. What size breaker should I run on that line.

Breakers and/or fuses need to be sized to protect the wire downstream of them.  For 0 AWG, max is 350a, for 4 AWG max is 150a.    Use any size up to those maximums, and be sure to fuse whenever you split to a smaller gauge.  Here's a guide.  https://www.the12volt.com/info/recwirsz.asp

Do yourself a favor and use a Fuse.  Breakers are nothing but trouble.   Amperage rating as stated above.
