I have a customer that wants an I Pod jack added to the factory stereo in his BMW X5 any ideas and info is appreciated, let me know.

I have had a lot of luck with bavariansoundwerks.com. Options for DSP radios etc etc, all the wires are cloth taped. Good stuff.

They have options for all x5 2000-2006 for any of the radio options that the truck may be equipped with. The product is excellent, and can be had locally at almost any GOOD mobile electonics store.

The bavarian autowerks stuff is nice, I have had problems with product availability, and considering they are just buying it from somewhere else, I would look at dice electronics directly (they make a solid product), or if you want a cheap version equiviliant to their 80 dollar piece look at blitzafe..
