Does anybody know where you would get replacement parts for the factory radios?, like diffuser screens, knobs, cd loading trays, etc... where i work we do alot of radio replacement and would like to start repairing where possible

I'd check ebay or junk yards. I'm not sure that you'll find one place that sells those parts for factory radios. You'd likely need to go to the individual dealers that sell whatever make part you're looking for if you can't find it used.
