I'm helping a friend install a double din DVD in his '09 Corolla S and I'm looking at the harness... there are 4 different plugs... We have 12v constant on the light blue wire but I cannot find the acc wire... It says its gray but I've metered every single gray wire in the radio harness with the key on and the only wire showing voltage is the light blue constant... any ideas???

It's there, right next to the light blue wire. Both are in the largest plug(in size not pins), 10 pins total, the gray accessory wire is pin 3. You 12volt constant you already found is in pin 4. If there's no power at this gray wire you blew a fuse.
