I have one big amp setup in the trunk decklid. the 4 screws that mount up the upside down amp kept coming lose. What kind of screw should I use? I've tried sheet metal and the one that look like rivet and still comes off from the vibration(mad bass, j/k).

Is it possible to use a bolt and double nut it?

I do not have any room or unable to reach the top so I can't put any bolt/nut. So basically, I have one way going in only. It has to be a screw/bolt that doesn't back out or some type of screw/bolt that flares out like a wall screw.

Put some silicone or liquid nails in the hole and then thread the screw in. Might be enough to keep the vibration from backing it out.
Are you using Lag bolts?

try something called a rivnut. I use them whenever I can and love the security of positive clamping they provide. It will put 1/4 20 threaded insert where needed and then you can use lock tite........ no more loose screws( will be a bolt and also more theft deterrent)

or you can get some threaded inserts and epoxy them into wood and use some #10-24 screws. readily available from places like woodcraft.
