The amp has one or more shorted output transistors.   Connect only the power, ground and the remote turn on wires.  If it still has this problem, it will be a simple repair.

I checked inside my amp there is a white rectangle thing two of the three connections were not connected by solder what is that and could that be my problem

Yes that could be your problem.  That problem only shows up if you run signal into the amp.  That is why I wanted you to connect only power ground and remote to see if it still did the same thing.  Reconnect the connections and see what happens.

The device is the emitter resistor.  There are 2 resistors in that one case.

This is not the value of your resistor. This is only to confirm that we are talking about the same part.

What is the value of the one in your amp?  .1, .22, .33Ohm?

I see that the 2 left legs are slightly shorter than the right leg,  but I am sure that there is still enough leg left to be able to reattach that part.  Straighten the bend out of the left leg, clean all 3 holes and reinsert the part and resolder it.

Do you have a multimeter?  If so, set it to the diode test function, and check the 4 larger devices that are mounted to the heat sink.  They are the heat sink mounted devices that are very near the resistor you are working with.  Check from leg 1 to 2, then leg 1 to 3, then leg 2 to 3.  Check each of the 4 transistors, one of them will read very near 0.000.  If you do have one that reads much lower than the others, chances are it is defective.  I am pretty sure they use TIP 35C and TIP 36C.

hello i forgot i had this. i just happened to try to hook this amp up and it still didn't work so i was looking at the posts and was wondering how to test the output transistors to see which ones work and don't i hooked up the ground power and remote and it still went to protect and noticed on a reply that if it still has the problem it will be an easy fix.
