Is there a rectangular cut out in the bottom cover of the alpine unit?  Is the white switch under the cut out set to norm, or eq/div?

Have you switched it to normal for troubleshooting purposes?

What is new to the system?  Try removing the processor from the equation.  Do you have sound with only the deck connected?

Do you have a set of powered computer speakers you can use to check and see if you have signal getting to the amp?

Have you used a meter to verify that there is a connection between the amp and the speakers?  Or a battery to pop them?

There are 2 blue wires on the back of your radio.  One of them has a white stripe, the other does not.  You connected the solid blue wire.  You should have used the Blue/White one.  So whatever wire from the the vehicle or the system is connected to the blue wire, connect that wire(s) to the blue/white wire instead.

Like I said before my amplifier still has power when selected to any other source other than radio (tuner)
