The first thing you need is the exact model numbers for the speakers you want to use.

There the ts-W303R. Recomended enclosure .85-1.75 cubic feet.

Yes... based on the specs available on the web that woofer is going to sound really boomy unless it's in a very large enclosure.  In the recommended 1.75 cuft per woofer system vented at 19Hz you will get some decent SPL but not very good sounding music.  You'll also push it past peak cone excursion unless you keep the power down below 75 watts per woofer.

Thank for your reply Dyohn. So ill do the 1.75 cubic ft per woofer. Now i dont understand what you mean by venting the system at 19hz .I have to keep the power below 75 watts? Wow i thought i had gotten some decent woofers posted_image. Although i dont want to have a system thats  too crazy. Im a BIG DIY guy so i want to give this project a try. Im pretty handy with my hands I did alot of research on the tools i need im missing a couple but im going to buy them as soon as i feel i have enough to get this project rolling. With a little help im pretty sure i can do it thanks.

Venting = porting.  You need to design your port size for a 19Hz tuning frequency.  See the port size calculators on this site.

Thanks again. Ok so here is what i have ....

port width   1.5"

port height    2"

box volume being 1.75

tuning frequency  19hertz

My port legnth should be 11.3

So my divider in the the box should be 11.3 " long?

If you ask me that port will be much too small.  If you want to build a dual-chamber enclosre yes, generally it is easiest to use a slot port with a solid wall between the two chambers, but the wall cannot be the port length.  The port needs to ne open to the chambers.  Here's an example of what the inside of such an enclose typically looks like:

Will that box design work with just one speaker?

If you were to split the picture down the center, yes it would work.   That picture shows that each woofer has its own separate vent.  That means that each woofer is tuned separately from the other.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
