I just finished installing adding an extra circuit with a fuse in the engine compartment fusebox. See Picture below. (Fuse sits in location 1 and new fused + power teminal is 2) Now my question is: If I wanted to run both my small amp (30A) and my HU (20A) could I just stick a 50 amp fuse in the fusebox and connect both to the same terminal? Or should I keep individual inline fuses there after?

Thanks

I would use one 30 amp fuse, a 50 amp fuse would not do you any good, the pourpose of the fuse is to protect the wire, so in the event that a device attempts to draw more current than the wire is rated for the fuse will blow and prevent the wire from catching fire
