Epoxy might work?

The end that is broken at the terminal may be repairable.  The one broke at the cone is not so easy to repair.  Epoxy or SuperGlue will not work.  You must extend the wire and use solder to do so.  You can not solder at the cone.

Would soldering affect the impedance?
