Im doing a massive system in a Chevy Tahoe and need help on wiring it. The system will have 7 amps totalling 13,500 watts. Im going to have 2 speakers and 2 tweeters per door. A back deck made with 4 10 " speakers for highs and 4 L7s. I need to know what size wire for the door speakers and what size amp wire to run to the trunk. Know i will also need help knowing how many batteries and caps will help to power this up. I also need to know how to connect everything to a plug so when i go to car shows i can plug it into a generator or a power supply. Thanks in advance

Start with the 15kW (>20HP) generator.

If you use an AC system, that changes everything.

If you want to use DC, decide what voltage, then find suitable generators - or alternators if powered from the engine.

Get back when you have researched that and I'll continue.
The last similar set up I know of was going to use a 3-phase AC generator driven from the engine.

Caps won't be necessary unless dc amps are too surgy for the batteries - but that's only if AGMs are used and their life span is an issue.

If you can use the show's AC supply, get a ~15000W 12V rectifier (~1,200A).

Otherwise the same - a 15000kW generator plus the above rectifier (aka charger).

And for 13500W - if RMS output power, say about 1,400A input, your 250A is only about 20% there...
Either get a 15kW alternator, else (eg) six 250A alternators that can be paralleled.

Yes you can.

One 15000W, else two 7500W alternators that can operate in parallel.

Then as many batteries as you need to provide the reserve time you require.

The above are dependent on your average power draw if the max draw is not applicable.
