i have 4 pioneer premier ts-w1008d4 subwoofers in a 5 cube vented box, being powered by a kicker zx1000.1 and its giving them hell :), along with a big 3 upgrade. I was wondering would 2 kicker l7s powered by the same amp in a vented box have just as much spl/sq or would be it better or worse? I was trying to save on space because that box that i have for the pioneer subs is pretty big. but the general questions is would the L7s have just as much spl or would it be better to stay with the setup that i have and just get a different box? Thanx in advance.

I would stick with the subs you are running now for more spl and better sq, i have never cared for the sound of square subs
