Hello all,

I have a 2011 ram 1500. I have an aftermarket radio that has the option to hook up my steering wheel controls to work with the radio.

i talked to customer service and they told me that i need to hook up the data 1, data 2 and GND. I know where to hook up the GND, to the ground. but the data 1 and data 2 is what is stumping me. customer service told me that i could hook them up to the trucks wiring harness without using an adpator.

does anyone know what wire might be the wire that gives the signal to the radio from the steering wheel?

or do i hook them up straight to the steering wheel control?

thank you for any help in advance.
