Ok I have a Jl 1000/1 amp which is good for it as long as the ohm load is 1.5-4 ohms,but I have (3) 4 ohms subs which gives me 1.3ohms or 12ohms.

now with that out the way can't I wire (inside box )serice and the paraell at the amp and get a 1.6ohm load,which is just inside the amps range.Any suggest besides get differnt woofers.

My bad  its two jl audio 15w3 and one jl 15 wo-8,the two W3s or DVC 4ohms and the WO is 8ohms

WIre the voice coils of each w3 in series.  This will make all of your drivers 8 ohms.  Then parallel the 3 woofers to achieve a 2.66 Ohm load on your amp.

ok the subs are blown got off craiglist anyway I plan on getting 15WOv2-4 can two woofers be wiried serie to make 8ohms then parallel all three to get achieve 2.66 ohm load
