I have a set of Polk 6.5 MM components. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001C3K7I4

and this Kicker 08zx350.4 amp. https://www.crutchfield.com/S-S1r69c4zE5U/s_2068ZX3504/Kicker-08ZX350-4.html

quick spec are
speakers:
125W RMS
speakers say 2.7 Ohms but box says "compatible with 4ohm outputs"

amp:
90x4 @2ohms
175x2 @4ohms

will these work well together? I was planning on bridging the amp and putting 175x2 @4ohms to the speakers, just not sure on how the speakers (2.7ohm) will like the amp.

Its says on the side of the box "Impedance: 2.7 Ohms"

You stated that you did not know how the speakers would like the amp.  The speakers will love the amp, the real question is how will the amp like the speakers.  Your amp is capable of driving no lower than a 4 ohm mono load.  I do run my amps at 2 ohm mono.  I am able to repair my amps if they break.  It depends on your ability to practice responsible listening.  You will not be able to listen to it at high volume for periods of more than a few minutes at a time.  A song or 2 at decent volume, then a couple song cool down time.  The cool down time does not guarantee that you will not burn the amp up.  Without the cool down time does guarantee that it will go out. If you do decide to do it, you should monitor the amp for heat.
